Barnaud Limousin is now offering grass fed beef for sale. Our beef is all home raised, grass fed beef. For years we have enjoyed eating our own beef because we knew that it was raised without added hormones or antibiotics. We built our program by selecting the best Limousin genetics from the United States, Canada and France to put muscle and performance into our cattle the right way. Those years of genetic selection have resulted in our Limousin cattle producing lean, tender and healthy beef that people can feel good about feeding their families. We are proud to provide our customers with the opportunity to enjoy the high quality Limousin beef that we were raised on.
We are providing our customers with the opportunity to buy beef in bulk. Customers can order a quarter, half or whole beef for their family at $4.35 per pound hanging weight for quarters, $4.30 per pound hanging weight for halves or $4.25 per pound hanging weight for a whole beef. These prices include standard processing and vacuum packaging so that your beef will stay fresh longer.
Hanging weight is the weight of the carcass prior to processing. Our average hanging weights are approximately 150 lbs. for a quarter, 300 lbs. for a half and 600 lbs. for a whole beef. Hanging weights will vary from animal to animal and these weights are only approximate.
